University Settlement CEO Melissa Aase Featured in Video from Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York

Our CEO Melissa Aase is featured in a new video from the Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York!

As a hyperlocal institution tightly focused on specific neighborhoods where we operate, we’re always excited to access high-quality data that helps us understand the communities we serve better, which in turn shapes our programming. Keeping Track, a groundbreaking data resource from the Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York (CCC), has helped us find actionable insights for over 30 years. Now, a major redesign is making it easier than ever to explore neighborhood-level data and identify challenges and opportunities within communities across the city.

In the video, our CEO Melissa Aase and some of her peer NYC nonprofit leaders discuss how Keeping Track helps inform program decision-making and the services we provide. We want to give a big thanks to CCC for its deep commitment to NYC’s children and families, for all the work that goes into making Keeping Track an invaluable resource for New York’s caring institutions, and for featuring us in this video!
