Evidenced-based solutions.

Compassion-based support.

Our dynamic, culturally-sensitive, community-based mental health program diagnoses, treats, and supports children, adolescents, adults and families. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and MAT, we offer a wide range of services, including: therapy for individuals, families, couples, and in group settings, psychiatric evaluations, and medication treatments.

Our expert licensed therapists and psychiatrists are available during the clinic’s flexible hours (Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm; Saturday 9 am to 3:30 pm; closed Sundays).

Languages spoken by our therapists include English, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindu, Bangla, Polish, Russian and Cantonese. We cover all five boroughs, and our Manhattan clinic’s office is located at 184 Eldridge Street on the Lower East Side. We also have three school-based satellites office, and a clinic focused on Older Adults at 189 Allen Street.

Many services are provided in person at our clinic, which follows strict cleaning protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff. The range of services we offer virtually and by telephone has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we make such determinations based on patients’ need. Eligibility for services is determined after a brief intake assessment. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, some private/commercial insurance, self-pay on a sliding scale, and contract-based services.
