University Settlement appoints Peter B. Siroka to its Board of Directors

Peter B. Siroka (Partner, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP) has been elected to University Settlement’s Board of Directors, the nation’s first settlement house announced today.

Peter specializes in restructuring and insolvency at Fried Frank, which he joined in 2006. An attorney with a broad range of transactional and litigation experience in representing troubled companies and their creditors, he is recognized by Legal 500 in Finance: Restructuring (including Bankruptcy): Corporate.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Peter earned his J.D. cum laude from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. A life-long New Yorker, he lives in Brooklyn with his family.
