Senior Program Director- Early Childhood Center Based Programs

The Senior Program Director for Early Childhood-Center Based Programs is responsible for overseeing the design, management and implementation of the agency's NYC Department of Education-funded (ELNYC) and private tuition-based programs, following New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, and all applicable regulations including fiscal oversight and management. The ideal candidate with have experience coaching and mentoring management-level staff, ensure quality performance and outcomes, and fully embody the agency's mission.
