Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Data

The Prevention Program strengthens the continuum of services available to families using an evidence-based model to support families in accomplishing personal goals and gaining greater financial stability and independence. As the Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Data , you will integrate an evidence-based model (Mobility Mentoring) into the existing program model. You will serve as an essential thought partner on the team proactively working to (1) develop new processes to measure and track program services and outcomes, (2) define thoughtful metrics with which to capture these quality measures, (3) Develop quality assurance/quality improvement protocols that supports program development and decision making. You will be instrumental in supporting staff to understand and maximize their utilization of program data.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with program leadership team develop a set of core inputs, outputs and outcomes to be collected in a standardized way that aligns to ACS reporting mandates
  • Build a work plan for developing processes to track new core data for the program
  • Develop metrics and methods to collect and analyze data regarding program performance and quality
  • Provide training and support and supervision to program staff regarding data management and reporting
  • Create documentation on processes and policies to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with management to ensure data systems align with policies and procedures
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is tracked and monitored.
  • Ensure staff are up to date with data entry and to identify missing or inaccurate data
  • Work with leadership to create QA dashboards and reports to track performance and outcomes
  • Compile data into dashboards and analyze dashboards to inform programmatic decisions
  • Provide data to support ACS reports and grant proposals; maintain a calendar of report deadlines for contract
  • Attend all relevant meetings, training, workshops and outside events

What We Are Looking For:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You have CONNECTIONS and PROMIS experience.
  • You have an understanding and practice of the principles of ACS, family work and trauma-informed practices.
  • Experiencing reviewing or writing case notes.
  • You thrive in a busy environment and able to multi-task and shift gears.
  • You meet deadlines on time, all the time.
  • You know communication is key.
  • Ability to interface and work well with all levels of staff while maintaining confidentiality
  • You are technologically savvy with fluency in Microsoft Office, data management
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to department policies and procedures
  • Strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
