Houston Street CenterThe newly constructed Houston Street Center opened in March 2006, offers state-of-the-art facilities to community groups, non-profit organizations, arts groups, educational institutions, businesses and tenant associations. The Center features wireless internet, full accessibility for persons with disabilities, access to laptops and audiovisual equipment, and collaborative opportunities. Hours of operation run Monday through Thursday — 8AM to 10PM, Friday — 8AM to 8PM, and Saturday and Sunday — 9AM to 6PM. Available Spaces Include:

SPEYER HALLSpeyer Hall is a 40' X 60' fully-equipped theater, with an extensive lighting system; in-house PA system; 70 plush chairs on risers; polished wood floor; a backstage dressing area with crossover on both sides; a stand-out white wall; and a grand piano. Maximum capacity is 175. No rosin or hard-soled shoes may be worn. Rates (subject to change)*

THE GYMNASIUMThe 6th floor gym is a sprawling and dramatic space with a spectators' balcony and a wonderful view of the Manhattan skyline. The full basketball court is available for teams, leagues or scrimmages. The Gymnasium is available to rent for basketball and other athletic uses at a rate of $50/hour.
